Kelly Rowland has announced that ‘Motivation’, featuring Lil Wayne, will be the lead single from her upcoming new album.

The video is due to start shooting in LA next week and the former Destiny’s Child singer says she’s currently searching for style inspiration.

“I’m aiming for a very sexy, feminine video,” she said at the Roberto Cavalli Womenswear show in Milan yesterday. “I’m looking for womanly, sexy designs.”
