Kesha's lawyer has intimated that Dr Luke once raped Lady Gaga.

Mark Geragos is currently representing the 'Tik Tok' singer in a legal battle against producer Luke.

He is accused of drugging Kesha and sexually assaulting her.

28-year-old Gaga told the Howard Stern Show this week that she was raped when she was 19 and Geragos took to Twitter to seemingly accuse Dr Luke.

He posted a link to an article about Gaga's quotes and teased onlookers by saying the perpetrator was known to Kesha fans.

Geragos then said "bingo" when Dr Luke's real name was mentioned.

The producer's team denied the accusation, saying:

"Mark Geragos' statement is completely false and defamatory. Luke met Lady Gaga twice for less than half an hour total in those two meetings combined. He has never been alone with her and never touched her. Neither meeting was in that time frame reported."

A rep for Lady Gaga also dismissed the suggestion, adding: "This ridiculous, manufactured link between Lady Gaga and the Kesha-Dr. Luke lawsuit is utterly incomprehensible. This simply isn't true and how dare someone take advantage of such a sensitive matter."

Geragos told TMZ that he stands by his comment.
