A video posted on Ke$ha’s official Facebook page shows the ‘Blow’ singer tattooing a fan using a pen and a safety pin.

“Here we go, I’m giving you a dollar sign,” Ke$ha says, leaning over the male fan’s foot. “It might hurt. I’m gonna press hard so it says,” she adds.

Last year Ke$ha admitted to ‘Paper’ magazine that she’d discovered her secret talent from a friend.

"I saw this hot dude recently and I gave him a tattoo sitting in the lobby of the hotel. I was just like, 'Can I borrow a pen and a sewing kit?' I think I got an admirer out of that one," she said.
