Ke$ha defends street dogs with Humane Society International

Ke$ha has recently stepped into the role of street dog defender with the Humane Society International, a charity that works to protect animals. 

The 'Blow' singer recently saw an act of animal abuse and knew that she had to do something about it:

“Late one night not long ago, my friend and I were on an island in the South Pacific when we came across two abused dogs who literally had been super glued together. It was horrible. We managed to separate them, but with no community resources to help these dogs, no shelter to take them to, no way to take them with me, I could only watch them vanish into the streets and hope that somewhere they would find kindness”.

 

 

 

The 24-year-old is asking animal lovers to donate $20 a month to HSI, which will fund the organisation to spay and neuter animals and to provide vaccinations. By doing so, you will be helping street dogs all across the world.
