Ke$ha settles former producer lawsuit

Glitter-loving pop sensation Ke$ha has settled a lawsuit that was filed by her former producer, David Sonenberg.

Sonenburg sued the 'Die Young' songstress after claiming to have discovered her and was subsequently partially responsible for her success. The New York Post also reported that he was unfairly dismissed at the request of Ke$ha's songwriter Dr. Luke.

He had originally asked for $12 million from Ke$ha and $14 million from Dr Luke, but a new financial agreement has now been reached although details of the settlement haven't been made public.

A spokesperson from the case said that the terms "were agreeable to all concerned".

Meanwhile, Ke$ha has been rehearsing for her upcoming X Factor USA performance and tweeted a few photos from the set for her fans to see (shown below).
