Ke$ha on Flaming Lips collaboration album: "It's an experimental adventure"

Ke$ha has opened up about a new album she is creating with The Flaming Lips singer Wayne Coyne.

As previously reported, Coyne recently revealed that the two camps would be working together on a record called 'Lip$ha'.

It will follow up their track '2012', was which released on the album 'The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends'.

Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, Ke$ha said that working with Coyne isn't like her usual recording process. She said:

"We just are two weirdos that get together and make noise. And it's just kind of whatever the mood strikes because it's a very different thing than making a pop record."

The 'Tik Tok' star added: "When I make a pop record, I have deadlines I need to adhere to, a lot of people's opinions. But when him and I get together and work on music we just kind of go crazy and we just get super-weird so I don't really know when and where it's ever going to see the light of day. But for me it's just an experimental musical adventure every time we get together."
