Ke$ha shares her fitness routine: 'Training for a tour is like training for a marathon'

'Crazy Kids' beauty Ke$ha has opened up about her personal fitness routine and how she trains for her high energy concerts in a new interview with Self magazine.

Speaking about how she keeps her enviable figure, the 'Die Young' sensation explained that she varies what exercise she does in order to keep herself interested and motivated, and also to work out different muscle groups as opposed to just focusing on one set or one body part:

"My show is very energetic - I dance and sing at the same time and run around. Training for a tour is like training for a marathon. When I'm eating healthy and working out, it helps me stay sane and exude confidence..."

"I bike, I swim and I love yoga. I also love rock climbing, which I've done since I was 16. It's meditative and great for toning your arms and back. I love to run, too."

Ke$ha joked that while her own music is pretty fast paced and good for running to, she would never listen to her own songs while training: "I like to be in nature. I've heard my music is great to work out to, but it would be douche-y if I did that."
