Kings of Leon star Matthew Followill is to become a father.

The guitarist and his British wife, Johanna Bennett, are expecting their first child this spring. Bennett used to date Arctic Monkeys' singer Alex Turner and co-wrote the band’s hit, ‘Fluorescent Adolescent.’

Kings of Leon were due to tour Australia this month but were forced to postpone the dates until November when drummer Nathan Followill injured his arm and had to undergo surgery. They will be touring Europe in the summer.
