Kylie Minogue says new album is about "taking the plunge and embracing the future"

Kylie Minogue reckons her upcoming new album is a forward-thinking record that runs off the back of uncertainty and change.

The singer is releasing her new single 'Into The Blue' on March 16 and a new album is set to follow.

The Aussie told The Sun that there was one point in 2012 where she didn't really know what the future held for her.

Minogue, however, signed a management deal with Roc Nation in 2013 and since then, it has been an upwards curve. She said:

"I actually didn't know where I was going or what the future held at the end of 2012. There's been a lot of change, this album is about taking the plunge and embracing the future and not holding on to things from the past.It wasn't the easiest road but singing with Roc Nation, spending a lot of time in America and doing The Voice gave me a challenge and I needed that to feel reinvigorated."
