Lady Gaga has treated fans with an image from upcoming movie Sin City 2.

The singer has a role in the Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller movie, which is expected to land on August 22.

She plays the part of waitress Bertha alongside A-list actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Posting on Instagram, Gaga uploaded an image from the set of the flick, adding:

"Me and Joseph Gordon Levitt performing on the set of SIN CITY 2."

Gaga meanwhile recently opened up on the bond she has with her new dog Asia, saying:

"Asia is my inspiration for many things. She has really shown me the importance of living in the moment. If I don't, I'll miss a precious look on her face!"

The 'ARTPOP' star added: "She is a very romantic and loving animal, and this sort of poetry is what art is all about, I think. Interaction. She loves to sit with me when I record jazz. She never barks or makes noise; she just looks at me with her big ears."
