Lady Gaga: 'I'll tour until I'm seventy-five, maybe ninety'

Lady Gaga unveiled her new album Joanne earlier today (October 21) and she has revealed that although her new material is what she is focussing on right now, she won't neglect the cuts that kicked off her career when she gets back out on the road.

She spoke to Zane Lowe this week about the hits that propelled her into the spotlight and explained that while her songs now feel as though they have more insight and a deeper, more personal meaning, she thinks it's important to include tracks from her back catalogue in her live sets:

"I've had that. I've done that, that was great. I loved it. That was amazing. And I will sing those songs for you and for everyone for the rest of my life."

When asked about her future plans, Lady Gaga added: "I'll tour until I'm seventy-five maybe ninety like Tony [Bennett]', she mused. 'I can't wait. I think I'm going to peak at seventy-five."
