Lady Gaga fan’s heart stops at show

A Lady Gaga fan had to be resuscitated when her heart stopped during a concert last week in Nashville, reports CNN.

Crystal Thornton, 33, was enjoying the show’s opening act with her best friend, Christina Tugman, when she suffered a seizure that caused her heart to stop.

"She stopped breathing, her eyes rolled back in her head, and her body started twitching," Tugman explains.

The patient was revived at the scene and airlifted to nearby Vanderbilt Medical Center where she underwent treatment for several days.

According to doctors, the seizure was caused by “a genetic condition that unfortunately has no warning symptoms.”

"I am so mad I missed the concert," Thornton said in a statement.
