On Saturday night, Lady Gaga debuted her first ever HBO special, providing fans with nearly 120 minutes of live concert footage from New York’s Madison Square Garden as well as an intimate peek behind-the-scenes.

Fans got to see Gaga backstage preparing for her world famous ‘Monster Ball’ show, putting on make-up and making intimate confessions.

"I start to think about all the people that have tried to stop me,” she reveals at one point, “and I get this super-intense fury. ... I just sometimes feel like a loser still."

The concert set list – recorded in February – included: ‘Just Dance,’ ‘You and I,’ ‘Born This Way,’ ‘Alejandro’ as well as a preview of unreleased ‘Born This Way’ track ‘Marry The Night’.
