Lady Gaga took to Twitter earlier this week to show off her culinary skills and she has now returned to the social networking site with personal tips on bleaching hair.

The pop sensation posted a few messages in the early hours of this morning, January 11, that explained the process of using peroxide to bottle blondes and revealed to them that maintaining the platinum look is "just so painful":

"Bleaching my hair! Scalp burning like a champ. A real blond loves a #PeroxideShot. NOTE TO BLEACHED BLONDES WHO ARE TONING: do not fear the sting of toner! Wait five minutes and it's just so painful your scalp will numb."

25-year-old Gaga has previously spoken out about the brittle condition of her hair since bleaching it and even admitted that it has started to fall out.
