Lady Gaga reveals pride at parents' newly opened restaurant

Lady Gaga has expressed her pride at her parents' exciting new business venture.

The 'Born This Way' sensation took to social networking site Twitter last night, February 1, and told her 18.7 million followers that her mother and father have been working hard on a restaurant and officially opened it yesterday:

"I'm so proud of my parents! Tonight their restaurant opens in NY. Joanne Trattoria. My dad built with his two hands, mommy decorated."

The eaterie is situated at 70 West 68th Street, New York and has been decorated with an emphasis on wood and brick, and meals on the current menu include Papa G’s Rosemary Chicken with Sweet Italian Sausage, & Pepperoncini and Spaghetti with Sunday Gravy & Joanne’s Meat Balls.

Cooking is something that clearly runs in Gaga's family and she recently told her Little Monsters that she spent one particular Sunday attempting to master a recipe by popular chef Julia Child
