Gaga tweets about her admiration for rocker Bruce Springsteen

Lady Gaga has tweeted about her love for the iconic rocker Bruce Springsteen after watching his performance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

The superstar took to her official Twitter account last night, March 3, and expressed her admiration for the well-loved singer-songwriter, telling her Little Monsters to buy his new album 'Wrecking Ball':

"Did ANYONE see SPRINGSTEEN on Fallon last night!!! Buy his new album. It is so genius its hard to even believe. Just mind-blowing passion."

This isn't the first time that Gaga has spoken out about her passion for the 'Born In The USA' star's music as back in 2011 she gave an interview to Google, in which she opened up about the influence Springsteen had on her upbringing and also how his records affected her father:

"My father used to play a lot of Bruce Springsteen records when I was a kid, and he was blue collar America. And in a way, I related to Bruce because I watched my father, a blue collar American citizen, relate to Bruce and I think that in a social way, my fans feel blue collar."

"They feel like they’re the underdogs that will someday be the winners. And I took the influence of Bruce on my father in my life to create this album ('Born This Way')."
