Superstar Lady Gaga has revealed what she's looking for when she selects fans from the 'Monster Pit' of her current world tour to join her backstage.

In a series of Twitter posts made earlier today (June 29), the 'Marry The Night' pop icon explained that when deciding who she would like to meet from her audiences all over the globe she tries to identify certain behaviour:

"Sending down pizzas for Melbourne monsters at the hotel. Eat up, warm up I love u! Keep singing its divine! And FYI the choreography and behavior in the monster pit was epic last night."

"That is what I'm looking for, thats what will get u backstage."

She also shared a photograph of herself relaxing in her Melbourne hotel room, which was accompanied with the caption: "Night night. Love, Mademoiselle Melbourne."
