Pop superstar Lady Gaga is currently taking some well-deserved time off from her Born This Way Ball world tour and tweeted a message to let her fans know how she spent the weekend.

Her current run of dates will resume on August 14 in Bulgaria, but she's currently back in the USA and told her Little Monsters that she woke up this morning (July 23) with a hangover and junk food under the sheets:

"Hangover, :( help. Woke up cuddling my weave like a teddy bear and there's chicken and waffles in the bed. Need a gym and a salon."

She returned to social networking site Twitter soon after and added: "I also found my pearl necklace BETWEEN the mattress and the bed ( how did that happen)."

Gaga has been working on promoting her debut fragrance, 'Fame', and last week shared an exciting black and white short film with her 27.4 million followers to support the perfume.
