Modern pop sensation Lady Gaga took to her official Twitter page earlier this week and promised her followers that she had something exciting to share with them.

"The Haus of Gaga and Terry Richardson have a surprise for you, almost ready for you to TASTE,' she teased yesterday (November 13).

She returned to the social networking site today (November 14) and told her 31.2 million Little Monsters that the surprise is a video clip and accompanied the message with the lyrics: "ask my man Hedi at Yves about Emi, ask anybody i'm rich homie i got plenty."

The video itself is only 15 seconds long and appears to be entitled 'CAKE', but shows Gaga half-dressed and in her underwear dancing suggestively before it cuts to a shot of 3 scantily clad women in a bath tub (pictured below).
