Lady Gaga gives glimpse into 'ARTPOP' message and shares perfume statistics

Pop superstar Lady Gaga took to her Twitter page over the weekend to share some new details with her fans about both her forthcoming new album, 'ARTPOP', and her debut fragrance Fame.

Writing about the scent, which was released last year, Gaga explained that its popularity and commercial success made it the eighth "most successful brand" of 2012, and it has sold over 30 million bottles to date:

"Wow! FAME the fragrance had officially sold 30 million bottles and is the 8th most successful brand for the year! Thank you fashionistas!"

She then returned to the social networking site (February 10) and teased her fans with a snippet of something, maybe a lyric or an ideology, which she tagged as part of her new album: "I'd rather be poor and happy, than rich and alone." - ----- -- ---- - #ARTPOP"
