Lady Gaga calls 'ARTPOP' the 'album of the millennium'

Modern pop icon Lady Gaga has praised her forthcoming new album 'ARTPOP' as an offering that will define a generation.

She is due to officially release the record on November 11, but took to her Twitter page earlier this evening (October 15) to tell her Little Monsters that she couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out after putting her everything into it:

"A MASTERED COPY OF 'ARTPOP' WAS JUST DELIVERED TO ME, help. its real now. I can't believe it Ive been waiting to say this for some time... THIS IS THE ALBUM OF THE MILLENNIUM!!!!!!!!!!!! :) I was trying to think of something more ridiculous than Millennium..ALBUM OF INFINTE!"

The 'Applause' beauty then returned to the social networking site and added that her forthcoming new single, which she recently named as 'Venus', will now be released a little earlier than originally planned on October 25.

Earlier this week, Gaga admitted that handing in the final version of 'ARTPOP' was a stressful experience, telling fans: "I think the studio is actually just a hospital and I am a very sick person [...] Put a lot of rage into this album. It's been hard to part from it."
