'Applause' superstar Lady Gaga has told her Little Monsters around the globe to be aware of the comments and messages they're sending out into the world on social media sites. 

She addressed the idea of being conscious of the energy shared on sites such as Twitter and Facebook in a series of posts earlier this evening (November 26) and told her fans that they should be mindful of not hurting other people with what they upload:

"If we want the internet to remain a fun place for the world to connect we must preserve it #ThinkBeforeYouTweet Set an example 4youth online. #PromoteOnlineKindness we could belong together. ARTPOP."

Gaga also then returned to the site and teased her followers by sharing a video clip from her highly anticipated Thanksgiving Muppets special, which will air in the USA on November 28, and accompanied it with the caption: "Here's a sneak peak of Lady Gaga & The Muppets Holiday Spectacular. Walter Kermie and Piggy are fullout!"
