Lady Gaga has teased fans by stating that her next music video will be different than anything she's done before.

The singer confirmed on Twitter that she is putting the finishing touches to the promo clip for her track 'Do What U Want'.

The song, which features R. Kelly, has been released from her latest album 'ARTPOP'.

Speaking about the video, Gaga said: "I know you're waiting for the DWUW video. It's unlike any video I've ever done. Very Personal. Just making it perfect. Exciting."

The 'Applause' star then posted on Twitter more details about her upcoming artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Tour. She said:

"There will be a monster pit at the artRave, IN THE STAGE, and I will still be picking 20 fans out a night for free to come back stage!"

The first dates to announced for the tour are taking place in North America in May to July.
