Lady Gaga reveals favourite 'ARTPOP' lyrics: 'They're so personal'

'Applause' beauty Lady Gaga has revealed that her favourite 'ARTPOP' lyrics are from the song 'Mary Jane Holland' and that she can't wait to perform that particular song live on her upcoming new tour.

Writing on her official Twitter page earlier today (December 6), she confessed that the words that make up that song are very personal and she is excited to share the experience with her Little Monsters:

"I can't wait to sing 'Mary Jane Holland' live on the tour, that bitch is gonna rear her brunette princess high head every night. #FavLYRICS. w/ ARTPOP lyrics."

"There's a personal story to each song. The only fantasy is in the sounds & the way they're put together like a puzzle."

Gaga added: "The lyrics mirror the realities of my natural chaotic thought process. So the thoughts transition faster, lyrical tangents the way I think. I imagine many of my fans share a similarly chaotic feeling in in their own lives. This album was written to make sense of that chaos."

Meanwhile, the superstar will appear on 'Alan Carr's Chatty Man' later this evening in the UK for an exclusive interview, in which she opens up about smoking marijuana in order to forget her fame and how she supports the boycott of the Russian Winter Olympics.
