Lana Del Rey doubtful James Franco book about her will be releasedLana Del Rey doesn't believe a book penned by James Franco focused around her life will be released to the public. The 100-page Flip-Side: Real And Imaginary Conversations With Lana Del Rey was recently slated for a 2016 release. It was reportedly created by Franco alongside writer David Shields, with the publication due to be released by Penguin Random House. However, Del Rey told Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show on Monday (August 10) that she doesn't expect the book to see the light of day. She said: "I guess I was surprised there was a book. I haven’t seen it. "And I don’t think it’s gonna come out. It’s a cool idea – I think we definitely wanna be in on it and have time." The singer added of movie actor Franco: "He’s someone I artistically look up to. That scenario is rare." Follow us: @Pressparty on Twitter / Pressparty on Facebook.
