Lana Del Rey's Kasabian cover gets high praise from the band

Last week, Lana Del Rey covered 'Goodbye Kiss' by Kasabian for her Radio 1 Live Lounge session and the lads have now given their opinion on her stunning version of the track.

Speaking to the NME, Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno explained that the band were touched because they covered her single 'Video Games' a while back and her rendition of 'Goodbye Kiss' was "f**king beautiful":

"I'm really proud. Obviously we covered one of hers, 'Video Games', so it was quite a sweet thing to do back. It's a really nice gesture. It's proper old school."

During her Radio 1 interview, the 'Video Games' star explained that all of her ex-boyfriends had loved Kasabian and the guys had been kind enough to perform a version of her debut single so it was an easy choice.

She also unveiled a dark new music video yesterday (April 22) for 'Carmen'.
