‘Mon Cheri’ is Chay Snowdon’s new January offering. A fast paced, mosh pit banger that is sure to make you sweat at a Chay Snowdon gig. A track extremely influenced by high profile indie and alternative artists with a kick start thrill from start to finish. Chay Snowdon quotes “listen up to the lyrics of ‘Mon Cheri’ and be transported to wherever the hell you want.” Capturing that this song will take you places and is capable of tuning in your best interests.

Whilst ‘Mon Cheri’ is a heavier indie track, ‘Sha La La’ is a slowed down track by Chay Snowdown, a perfect way to conclude the release of the tracks, a sense of reflection. The lyrics expresses living fully within the moment, quoted by the band, “living by the ethos of let’s live for tonight and deal with everything else tomorrow”. A song that will make you hold your lighter out within the audience at a show.

Highlights from Looe Festival

“I inadvertently caught Chay Snowdon’s impressively confident set. The ear-piercing shrieks from the teenage girls next to me, and the near hysterical reactions when Mr Snowdon climbed down to pose for photos with them suggest that his star is definitely starting to rise. “ – Louder Than War

“Chay has really grown in confidence over the past couple of years and it was great to see the audience eating out of his hand tonight at The Underground. His band were superb, allowing him to steer the ship in the direction that he chooses and so far, he's not put a foot wrong.” – Muso Muso

Tour dates:

Date City Venue
11/05/19 Devon Southwest Autosport
24/26 / 05/19 Swindon Lechlade Festival
