Laura Marling announces unusual UK tour

BRIT award-winning singer Laura Marling has announced details of a very unusual tour. 

The star released a string of dates this morning that will see her perform around the UK in October inside of the country's most beautiful cathedrals and she has named it the 'When The Bell Tolls Tour'. 

Marling will release her third studio album, 'A Creature I Don't Know', on September 12 and will then play to crowds at the following venues a month later:

  • October 14 - Exeter Cathedral
  • October 15 - Winchester Cathedral
  • October 17 - Guildford Cathedral
  • October 18 - Gloucester Cathedral
  • October 21 - York Minster
  • October 22 - Sheffield Cathedral
  • October 24 - Manchester Cathedral
  • October 25 - Bristol Cathedral
  • October 26 - London Central Hall Westminster
  • October 28 - Liverpool Anglican
  • October 29 - Birmingham Cathedral

Tickets for these exclusive shows are due to go on general sale at 9am on Friday, July 29 and you can watch her rendition of 'Rambling Man' from this year's Glastonbury festival below:
