Vocal powerhouse Leona Lewis has announced that her forthcoming album, 'Glassheart', will be released "early next year" instead of in November as originally planned. 

This delay comes from the singer's desire to continue recording and she admitted to fans that a sudden burst of inspiration has encouraged her to keep working on it. She tweeted on September 26:

"Just wanted to update everyone on the album! I'm feeling so inspired right now and have decided to continue recording!"

"I have a collection of songs that I'm so in love with and I no there's more to be born so it means the album will come early next year x"
