Lily Allen bans social media from her home

Lily Allen has revealed that the internet and social media are banned in her house.

The Brit, who has 2-year-old Ethel and 18-month-old Marnie in her family, told BBC Radio 1 that there is a rule in her home to prohibit the use of online activity.

The 'Sheezus' star, who is well known for her outspoken opinions, added that she hopes her quotes and interviews are hidden on the internet when her kids get older.

She said: "We ban all social media, all internet is banned in our house. I'm just trying to say as much stuff as I possibly can so that when my kids are old enough to Google, all the bad things have got so far back in the internet they're on page 7,465,000."

Allen meanwhile released the album 'Sheezus' earlier this year after taking a hiatus from music.

Her previous record came in the shape of 2009's 'It's Not Me, It's You'.
