Louis Tomlinson on fame: 'I don't understand people who say you can't go out anywhere'

One Direction heartthrob Louis Tomlinson has opened up about the pressures of fame and confessed that it's often not as bad as other celebrities make it out to be.

Speaking to Top Of The Pops magazine, the 'Story Of My Life' heartthrob explained that being followed by photographers and fans alike isn't as stressful as it can seem, and that he doesn't feel hugely restricted by his own fame:

"I’ve never understood people saying that they literally can’t go out anywhere, because it’s just not the case."

"You might have to stop and do a few photos but then you carry on with what you’re doing. The only time it gets crazy is when people know we’re going to be in a specific place."

During the same interview, Tomlinson opened up about the One Direction lads' relationship and admitted they can't really have proper fights because they can't stay mad at each other:

“We all actually find it difficult to stay annoyed with each other, which is a good thing. Like, if one of the guys did something to annoy me, and in my head I was thinking, 'right, to prove a point to him, I'm going to really have to stay annoyed for so long' I just can't do it.”
