Former X Factor hopeful Katie Waissel has bared all for a new photoshoot.

The singer, who was a finalist on the UK reality TV show in 2010, has teamed up with Gal Reuveni for a striking shot that sees Waissel topless and smoking.

Her right hand is also pointing towards her temples in the style of a gun. Speaking to the Daily Mail about her new image, the singer said: 

"Gal has completely blown my mind creatively. He reminds me of an young Steven Klein and the art and inspiration he brings through the lens is something I not only admire but am blown away by. To find someone who you connect with out of the box is just so rare and I consider this a moment that I am forever grateful for and excited to share with the world."

Waissel, who released her self-titled debut album in 2011, stated that her new tunes are "mind-blowing" as she continues to work on her follow-up record.

She added: "The music is mind blowing and I never thought I would have such an incredible opportunity to work with the best of the best. I'm just so excited for this year and the single will be released as soon as it can be!"
