Pharrell Williams is the latest addition to the Brit Awards bill.

The US star will take to the stage at the awards ceremony at London's O2 Arena on February 19.

He commented: "I always look forward to seeing the artists that come together on the Brits stage. I'm so humbled by this opportunity - performing at the awards will be surreal."

Williams is currently riding a massive wave of success with his single 'Happy', which has been dominating the UK chart.

Other acts meanwhile set to perform at the Brits include Katy Perry, Arctic Monkeys, Ellie Goulding and Bruno Mars.

Sam Smith has already bagged the Critics' Choice Brit award, which picks the music act most likely to make it big in 2014.
