James Corden confirms Beyoncé will perform at BRITs

James Corden has revealed that Beyoncé will be taking to the stage at the BRIT Awards.

The actor is due to host the awards ceremony tonight (February 19) at London's O2 Arena for a fifth and final time.

It has been rumoured for weeks that 'Drunk in Love' star Beyoncé could perform at the show.

The news was seemingly confirmed by Corden whilst appearing on BBC Radio 2 this morning, with the host saying: "There's this weird thing with this year's Brits where I've been - more than any other year - told things I can't say. But I figure it's the day..."

Digital Spy reports that he then looked at his PR person before saying: "I must be able to tell you? Beyoncé. Beyoncé is performing tonight. She's performing a track she has never ever performed live before. Ever."

Corden has also confirmed that Nile Rodgers will be joining Pharrell Williams to run through a medley of tunes.

'Royals' starlet meanwhile Lorde will also perform alongside British duo Disclosure.
