Arctic Monkeys, Bastille and Disclosure enjoy post-BRITs sales boost

The likes of Arctic Monkeys and Bastille have been enjoying a resurgence on iTunes.

The UK music industry celebrated its top stars last night (February 19) in London at this year's BRIT Awards.

Arctic Monkeys bagged the British Group and British Album prizes and their 2013 effort 'AM' has jumped to No.2 on the UK iTunes list.

It sits behind the BRITs compilation album, which was released earlier this month.

Bastille meanwhile are at No.3 and No.4 on the iTunes list with 'All This Bad Blood' and their original 'Bad Blood'.

Disclosure's debut record 'Settle' is at No.6 and No.7 as a result of its standard and deluxe editions, whilst Rudimental's 'Home' is No.9.

It's all bad news for Scottish singer-songwriter Nina Nesbitt, who was No.1 in the official midweek chart update on Wednesday (February 19) with her debut record 'Peroxide'.

However, it seems possible that she might be overtaken by BRITs artists come the end of the week.
