Backstreet Boys have revealed that they have held discussions about touring with the Spice Girls.

The 90s girl group have been dormant for the past number of years, apart from a short cameo at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

However, Backstreet Boys' Brian Littrell told The Sun that there could actually be a world tour in the works.

He said: "We are actually in early talks about maybe doing a world tour together with the Spice Girls."

The news comes, however, after Spice Girls' Victoria Beckham said she wouldn't reunite with the group in the future again.

She said earlier this year: "I won't ever do it again. Doing the Olympics was an incredible honour. I was so proud to do it; proud to be British...That was a perfect time to say, 'That's great. Thank you to everybody, but no more'. Sometimes you've got to know when it's time to leave the party."
