Rita Ora: 'Working with Calvin Harris made me shy and girly'

'Shine Ya Light' songstress Rita Ora has revealed that spending time in the studio with her beau was really exciting, but made her kind of nervous.

Speaking about working with her boyfriend, Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, the beauty explained that it made her quite giggly: "Working with Calvin on the song was so much fun. I got a bit shy and girly, because it’s something that, you kind of, get out of your comfort zone and work with somebody that knows you personally.”

Ora added that despite Harris' creative involvement in the song, he won't be making a cameo in the song's official video: “He’s not making an appearance in the video, because there’s only so much that we could do. But it, it speaks enough for itself I think."

She also recently confessed that they initially thought that collaborating would be seen as really cheesy, but decided to just go for it anyway: "We thought we can't do this, it's just cheesy. It actually turned out really great...It's about love, what it stands for and I love that it's a love song you can dance to. It feels good to me."
