Stars react to Peaches Geldof's death

Earlier tonight (April 7), it was confirmed that Bob Geldof's 25-year-old daughter, Peaches, has died. 

The model, television personality and mother of two was pronounced dead by Kent Police and the force issued a statement on the shocking news, which read: "At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained and sudden." 

Following the announcement of Peaches' untimely death, celebrities and music stars alike have been reacting to it via their Twitter pages. 

Former JLS star Oritse tweeted: "I've just heard the tragic news about @peaches_g I'm in absolute shock!! I pray for her family during this time! #RIPPeaches."

TV presenter Davina McCall also posted about the tragic news, writing: "Unbearable news about peaches geldof. Thinking of her family at this terrible time. RIP."

'Air Balloon' hitmaker Lily Allen wrote: "My thoughts are with Peaches' family at this awful time. I hope they get to grieve in peace. Peaches, rest in peace gorgeous girl."

Music icon Boy George posted a message on Twitter: "Poor sweet Peaches Geldof. We spoke only a month ago and she looked like an angel. This is truly sad. Poor Bob! R.I.P."
