Drake has gone undercover for Jimmy Kimmel's Lie Witness News segment.

The amusing prank series generally sees a reporter going out on the streets and asking people for her opinions on made up scenarios.

It was recently announced that Drake will host the 2014 ESPY awards on July 16, but Kimmel got the rapper to dress up in disguise to ask the Hollywood public about the sports ceremony as if it happened the night before.

The Canadian star donned glasses and a beard and spoke to the public, who made up opinions about the awards that never happened.

He also asked people for their general thoughts on Drake, with many saying that they don't like him.

One person revealed later himself to be a fan - with the 'Take Care' star then asking him to sing some lyrics.

However, the music man unveiled his true identity, much to the surprise and delight of the pedestrian.
