Demi Lovato and Ed Sheeran look set to make music together in the future.

The former X Factor USA judge took to Twitter last night (April 29) to list her dream collaborators, such as Kelly Clarkson, Eminem and Ed Sheeran.

This piqued the latter's interest, with the British singer-songwriter then tweeting Lovato:

"Let's write a song then!"

The 'Neon Lights' star replied with gusto, saying: "I am SO down!!!!!!!"

Referring meanwhile to a fan who asked if she would like to work with Lady Gaga - who Lovato recently criticised for promoting eating disorders - the singer said:

"In a HEART beat but she probs hates me."
