Colorado-based hitmakers 3OH!3 have revealed that getting to collaborate with two of music's hottest female solo artists was a great experience and both Kesha and Katy Perry were friends of theirs before they worked on the respective duets. 

Speaking to Mstarz.com, Nathaniel Motte and Sean Foreman explained that having Kesha sing with them on 'My First Kiss' and working with Perry on 'Starstrukk' were both really enjoyable projects:

"Kesha was like working with a fresh bar of Irish spring soap. You know what, working with both of those girls was f**king awesome. It was cool with both of those girls because they were friendships that developed into working relationships. We knew them both before."

3OH!3 added: "We toured with Katy Perry at the [Vans] Warped Tour in the States. It was great."

When asked if they keep in touch with the 'Dark Horse' beauty, the guys joked that they have tried to but she ignores their messages: "Yes. She won't return my calls... I have a restraining order where I have to stay outside of 200 yards from her."
