Songstress Lauren Jauregui, of Fifth Harmony fame, has let fans into her pre-show routine in a new interview with Awesomeness TV. 

During the footage, the beauty can be seen choosing a nutritious lunch from catering, trying out a bold new look for the first time, and getting ready to hit the stage. 

Speaking to the camera from catering, Jauregui explained that she has to make good choices about what she eats and sometimes it's hard because there are more indulgent foods on offer, such as baked mac and cheese: "So, I'm on my way to catering."

"Hopefully they have really good delicious stuff today because it would suck if they didn't because they haven't at some points! We got some chicken, which is what I'll be eating because it's protein and healthy..." 

The 'Miss Movin' On' hitmaker also showed off a striking new look while getting her make-up done, in the form of electric blue lips and admitted that she loves to experiment with cosmetics: "Just getting make-up touch ups done and I'm wearing blue lips for the first time, which is interesting. You're seeing it for the first time - I haven't seen it yet! I'm excited to see how it looks and to rock it. It's going to be awesome. They're super blue, it's kind of cool."
