5SOS enter U.S. iTunes chart at No.1 with debut album: 'Holy balls, we love you!'

Australian heartthrobs 5 Seconds Of Summer released their debut album for pre-order today (May 14) and it has already shot to the top of the iTunes chart in the USA

Guitarist Michael Clifford took to his official Twitter page earlier this afternoon and revealed his excitement at the fact that his band's debut album has shot straight to the top of the U.S. iTunes chart after mere hours of being released for pre-order, writing:

"#1 ON AMERICAN ITUNES. HOLY BALLS I LOVE YOU."

Drummer Ashton Irwin also shared a tweet about the impending release of the group's first full-length offering and confessed that it's an amazing thing to be doing: "I can't believe it's finally here. Wow so so happy, i hope you love this as much as we do."

The record will be released on June 30 in the UK and on July 22 elsewhere. 5 Seconds Of Summer, meanwhile, will unveil the highly anticipated music video for 'Don't Stop' on Monday, May 19.

The band recently opened up about their relationships with other and admitted they're comfortable around each other to the point where they're often wandering around without clothes on, which explains the naked photos that sometimes surface of them.
