Demi Lovato tells fans to avoid road rage

Songstress Demi Lovato has warned fans facing a bout of road rage to try and be calm while driving because it's so easy to let that negativity in, which never results in anything good.

Writing on Twitter, the 'Neon Lights' beauty encouraged her followers not to give in to road rage: "At times when you start to get upset at stupid drivers, just remember at some point you've been a stupid driver too. I know.. This is deep."

She then returned to the social networking page earlier today (August 8) and shared a link with her fans to an organisation called 'It Can Wait', which promotes safety when behind the wheel. She also filmed a promotional video about it, which can be seen below.

Lovato, meanwhile, recently spoke out about body confidence and told her followers that it's OK to not always feel completely comfortable in your own skin: "I wouldn’t say I am comfortable in my skin today. I’m having one of those once-a-month moments when I’ve got a little belly and my clothes don’t fit. But I’m a woman and that happens, so thank goodness for airbrushing."
