Nick Jonas has debuted his latest solo song.

The singer released the track 'Jealous' onto iTunes today (September 8) as his solo career builds up momentum.

The tune is set to feature on Jonas' upcoming self-titled album, which will be released on November 11.

The US star meanwhile recently told Ryan Seacrest's radio show that the song is about how he was left feeling jealous whilst out with his partner Olivia Culpo following a training session for TV show Kingdom.

He said: "I was out with my girlfriend the night before I wrote this song...and I got heated. I was doing all this fighting training for this show I just finished up, so I was ready to go. [But] I contained myself...and I came in the next day to the studio and wrote this song.

"I think it is true...a lot of people can relate with this, a lot of men, they don’t talk about it, it makes them uncomfortable. But I think vulnerability is good and it’s what makes us human.”
