Little Mix's Jade: 'I made my teachers cry when I first sang in front of them'

Songstress Jade Thirlwall, of Little Mix fame, has revealed that she first thought about singing as something to pursue professionally when she was just 6-years-old.

In a new interview with 4Music, the beauty explained that she sang 'Puff The Magic Dragon' in front of her teachers when she was a child and her performance moved them to tears, which caused her to think seriously about her talent:

"It was assembly in Year 2 and I sang 'Puff The Magic Dragon'... classic. The teachers cried and that's when I thought, 'this could be something'. There you have it."

The girls were then asked about their biggest fashion faux pas and they all agreed it was their 'X Factor' stage. Perrie Edwards said: 'It was probably 'X Factor'. Tragic. Absolute tragedy."

Little Mix, meanwhile, are currently working on their highly anticipated third studio album and they shared a snapshot this morning of Leigh-Anne Pinnock writing lyrics, which was tweeted out along with the caption: "#littlemixalbum3 #littlemixalbum3 #littlemixalbum3 LOVE recording with my amazing ladies. Leigh x."
