Sam Smith has admitted his shock after seeing his forthcoming UK tour sell out in under an hour.

The Brit recently announced plans to play a series of gigs in the country in March next year.

Tickets went on sale today (September 12) and Smith took to Twitter to reveal his surprise.

He said: "Three Brixton shows sold out in under an hour, Holy sh*t.

"2015 UK TOUR SOLD OUT IN UNDER AN HOUR. I'm hyperventilating."
