The Vamps performing in Macy's 2014 Thanksgiving Day Parade

British pop-rock band The Vamps have been confirmed to perform this Thanksgiving, which falls on November 27, at Macy's iconic parade in New York City. 

Tweeting about their involvement in the event, the heartthrobs explained that they're honoured to be taking part: "So excited to be a part of the @Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade! Incredible!"

Island Records also shared an announcement about the exciting news this morning (November 4) and told followers: "Did you know that @TheVampsBand are performing in this year's @Macys Thanksgiving Day parade? Another reason to be excited for the holidays!"

The Vamps, meanwhile, have now released their album 'Meet The Vamps' in the USA and they will perform live on 'The Ellen Show' later this week on November 7 with collaborator Demi Lovato

Country singer and 'Pretty Little Liars' actress Lucy Hale also told her fans that she will be performing at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and other stars confirmed to appear include Hilary Duff, 'Shower' songstress Becky G, Nick Jonas, The Madden Brothers, and 'All About That Bass' beauty Meghan Trainor.

The 88th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will air live on NBC on Thursday, November 27 from 9am until noon. More information will be revealed as the event draws closer.
