Kendall Schmidt, from Heffron Drive and formerly of Big Time Rush, has revealed that he is recording an acoustic version of his band's debut album, 'Happy Mistakes'. 

He took to his official Twitter page this afternoon (November 12) and told his followers that they will love the 'simplicity' of this new reworking: "Never thought I'd be recording the same album twice..but I know you all are gonna love the simplicity of #HappyMistakesAcoustic."

Heffron Drive are also releasing a Christmas single, called 'Blame It On The Mistletoe', which is due to be available on November 25 and can be pre-ordered now from iTunes.
