Take That on Jason Orange's shock departure: 'It's given us a kick up the bum'

Back in September, it was announced that Jason Orange had decided to quit Take That and the band would continue on as a three piece.

Now, frontman Gary Barlow has revealed that Orange's shocking departure has really shaken things up and made them even more motivated to continue making music together. He told Britain's Capital FM radio:

"It feels like a new chapter. I think what it's done for us is it's made us more hungry for what we're doing. We're still full of creativity, we want to make records that people enjoy, we want to blow people away with our tours."

"It's given us a bit of a kick up the bum really this whole thing! We're actually really looking forward to it. This night at the O2, it's a great venue, we've played it before, and it's one go my favourites. It's gonna be an awesome night."

The three remaining members, Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald, recently announced details of a full 2015 UK and Ireland headlining tour that is due to kick off on April 28 at The SSE Hydro in Glasgow and will come to a close on June 12 at the O2 Arena in London.
